1. Use of the Platform

a. Afrizonal.com provides a platform for vendors to sell their products. Vendors must create an account and agree to our vendor terms and conditions in order to sell products on Afrizonal.com.

b. Customers may browse and purchase products on Afrizonal.com.

c. Afrizonal.com is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products sold by vendors on the platform. Vendors are solely responsible for their products.

2. Fees

a. Afrizonal.com charges vendors a fee of 3% per product sold on the platform.

b. Vendors will receive payment for their products 7 days after the product has been fulfilled.

c. Afrizonal.com reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time.

3. Product Listings

a. Vendors are responsible for creating accurate and complete product listings.

b. Afrizonal.com reserves the right to remove any product listings that violate our policies or are deemed inappropriate.

c. Afrizonal.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any vendor who violates our policies.

4. Customer Service

a. Vendors are responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers.

b. Afrizonal.com will handle any disputes or issues that arise between customers and vendors.

c. Vendors agree to cooperate fully with Afrizonal.com in resolving any customer issues.

5. Privacy Policy

a. Afrizonal.com values your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

b. By using Afrizonal.com, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

a. Afrizonal.com makes no warranty or representation that the platform will meet your requirements, be error-free, or uninterrupted.

b. Afrizonal.com makes no warranty or representation regarding the quality, safety, or legality of the products sold on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

a. Afrizonal.com shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or the products sold on the platform.

b. Afrizonal.com shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the products sold on the platform.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT 

* You cannot be register on Afrizonal as a vendor if you are under 18 years of age 

* You cannot buy on Afrizonal if you are under 16 years of age (by using Afrizonal.com you are agreeing to these general terms and conditions you warrant and represent to us that you are at least met the required age ).

* To register an account with Afrizonal As a vendor or buyer you must provide an active email address/user ID a working phone number (hot business line) and password and you agree to:

    * keep your password confidential to yourself 

    * Notify us immediately (using any Afrzonal provided Contact information) if you sense any disclosure of your account ;

    * You are responsible for any activity on your account on Afrizonal being reasons of not able to keep your password confidential and that you may be held liable for any losses out of such failure.

    * Your account shall be used mainly by you and you shall not transfer your account to any third party. If you employ anyone to manage your account on your behalf this shall be at your own risk.

    * Afrizonal may suspend or cancel your account and/or edit your account details at any time in our sole discretion and without notice or explanation providing that if we cancel any products or services you have paid for but not received and you have not breached these general terms and conditions we will refund you in respect of the same.

    * If you have to cancel or delete your account as a vendor on Afrzonal contact us (using any Afrzonal provided Contact information)

    * The name of your bank or card must match with the name use to register as a vendor or seller and 

    * Buyers agree on the property use to purchasing on Afrizonal belongs to you 

    * Afrizonal will not be responsible for refunds on the use of illegal billing activities used in purchasing on afrizonal , such Consequence is on at your own risk 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Afrizonal attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Afrizonal does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Afrizonal Service is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Afrizonal itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. 

POLICY ON PRODUCT PUBLISHING BEFOR SALE ON AFRIZONAL

* At Afrizonal.com we take our customers Satisfaction on every product they are buying very seriously. It’s our No 1 priority 

* No seller will publish what exactly He/ She doesn’t have to sell 

* as vendor/seller ( what you publish must be what you’re selling ) 

* And seller must states in the product description the condition of each product new or used in any circumstances 

* If any vendors or sellers is found selling something different or not the quality posted on the platform Afrizonal will remove such seller from the platform and such product will be trashed we are not going to be wasting resources sending such product back to seller.. 

POLICY ON RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE 

* At Afrizonal we do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at Afrizonal check center. 

* According to our terms and conditions on return policy refund will not be issued if product returned is met in uncertified conditions or already being used 

* which means product must be intact and in it perfect conditions as shipped to the buyer 

* Refund will only be made after product check and confirmation.. 

 PROPERTY RIGHTS AND COMPLAINTS

We at Afrizonal respects individual intellectual property belonging to others. And we want to make all understand the fact that this company does not or in any way temper with any organization or property rights in terms of putting this terms and conditions and company policy together for its is absolutely the custom of the company. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please contacts us for amendment.. 

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of product from all our online store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier
